2) Download the membership agreement here. Sign and date the agreement and email or fax to 267-219-6669 . For digital signatures, download this free utility. Then submit/email your digitally signed membership agreement. Our drivers also carry membership agreements to sign if you’re unable to submit one electronically.
3) Call us and place your order.
Must be a resident of the State of California.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
You are strongly advised to have a state-issued DHS card for maximum protection under the law.
